The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present “Successful Change Management,” on Wednesday, September 11, at 1:30-3:00 pm Central Time. This webinar describes the key parts of successful change management and how to keep your stakeholders happy throughout the project.

• What constitutes an effective workflow for changes
• New ideas for identifying project stakeholders
• How to create an ongoing communication plan for stakeholders and why it’s so important
• The best decision-making process for implementing change
• The advantages of using workflows to aid change management
