Author Robert Sky Allen, Ph.D.’s new book ‘Why Doesn’t Grandpa Remember Me?’ is a touching story to help parents and guardians explain the disease of dementia to children

Robert Sky Allen, Ph.D., a clinical therapist working in suburban Chicago who holds a Ph.D. in community psychology, and Mark Grudzinski, a graduate of the American Academy of Art in Chicago, have completed their new book, "Why Doesn't Grandpa Remember Me?: A Children's Book about Families Affected by Dementia": a beautiful story of a young boy who is saddened when his grandfather no longer recognizes him due to dementia, but still finds ways to spend time with him.
