CreditXpert, the predictive credit score platform that helps lenders expand homeownership opportunities, announced that it has hired Jennifer Sides as the company's first Chief Legal Officer.
Sides joins CreditXpert with more than 20 years of intellectual property, regulatory compliance corporate governance experience in the real estate and fintech space. Most recently, Sides spent 18 years working for B2 Equity Holdings, a high-growth private equity firm with portfolio companies spanning a diverse range of industries. Prior to B2 Equity Holdings, Sides was Chief Legal Officer at A La Mode (part of the CoreLogic Mercury network), a provider of technology and software solutions for the real estate and mortgage lending industry.

Sides holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida and Master's and Law Degrees from the University of New Hampshire. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the International Association of Privacy Professionals and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Norwood School in Bethesda, Maryland. Jennifer will be based out of CreditXpert's Baltimore, Maryland, headquarters.
