Call for LLAMA webinar proposals!

The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), is now accepting proposals for its hugely popular webinar series. All interested presenters or program organizers are encouraged to submit proposals. You do not need to be a LLAMA member to submit a proposal.

LLAMA webinars reach a wide range of library professionals in many different areas, including:
– Management and leadership
– Buildings and equipment
– Human resources
– Public relations and marketing
– Assessment
– Issues for new professionals
– Organizational development
– Technology

Proposals should address one of the areas above, or focus on one of LLAMA’s foundational leadership competencies, including:
– Communication skills
– Change management- Team building (personnel)
– Collaboration and partnerships
– Emotional intelligence
– Problem solving
– Evidence-based decision making
– Conflict resolution (personnel)
– Budget creation and presentation
– Forward thinking
– Critical thinking
– Ethics
– Project management
– Marketing and advocacy
