Tracy has extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and has always put the interests of the tribe and its members first. Jason Cozart has worked for Soboba for 27 years and has held positions in every department of the casino, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, Jason provided constant updates to the entire Soboba workforce and ensured that his employees were well-informed and supported. His honesty and immediate communication were greatly appreciated by his colleagues and made a significant impact on their well-being.
The Native American Award of Achievement is a new annual award presented to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and service to the Native American community in the gaming industry. The award was established on behalf of Imagine This and The Indian Gaming Association to recognize and honor outstanding individuals who have made notable contributions to the industry.
