Core Forum Webinar Series on Leadership and Management

CHICAGO—Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures is pleased to present a four-part webinar series on leadership and management, starting in December. Originally part of the canceled Core Forum, the presentations are geared toward library workers in leadership and management positions. Core members and non-members are welcome to attend.

The Core Forum Webinar Series on Leadership & Management highlights a variety of topics including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), strategies for addressing certain staff issues, peer mentoring and mid-career development, and how to establish a culture of sustainable assessment. 

The series consists of the following four live webinar presentations:
