Accepting Employers for Job Fair at ALA 2021 Annual Conference Virtual Event

The ALA JobLIST Placement & Career Development Service will host a Job Fair on Sunday, June 27, 2021, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (Central) during the ALA 2021 Annual Conference Virtual event. There is no cost to participate. Deadline for employers to register is Friday, June 4, 2021.

 

Employers are not expected to be present for the full day. For this event, employers will have pre-determined, specific times to meet with job seekers and discuss their institutions, work culture, and available positions. Employers who want to participate in the Job Fair should submit a participation form. Time slots will be given on a first requested, first assigned basis. Advanced signup is required. Participating employers will receive a discount to post positions on JobLIST. 

 

Job seekers interested in participating will have an opportunity to register after the list of employers becomes available.

**Be sure to take advantage of Advance registration rates for the ALA Annual Conference before they end April 30, 11:59 p.m., CT.   ALA Members who have been furloughed, laid off, or are experiencing reduced work hours are invited to register for the conference at no cost!
