According to DeadlineWind River alum Gil Birmingham will reprise his role as Martin, with Alan Ruck (SuccessionTwister), Kali Reis (Catch the Fair One), and Tatanka Means (Killers of the Flower Moon) also joining the cast.

Taylor Sheridan (YellowstoneTulsa King) directed and wrote the original Wind River, focusing on a veteran hunter who helps an FBI agent investigate the murder of a young woman on a Wyoming Native American reservation. Starring Jeremy Renner (Mayor of KingstownHawkeye), Elizabeth Olsen (WandaVisionIngrid Goes West), Graham Greene (The Green MileDances With Wolves), and Sensmeiser, Wind River invites audiences into a bone-chilling mystery against a picturesque yet dangerous backdrop.

In Wind River: The Next Chapter, terror comes to the Wind River reservation as a series of ritualistic murders go unsolved. Desperate to solve the case, the FBI turns to Wind River local Chip Hanson (Sensmeiser), a newly-minted tracker for the U.S. Fish & Game, who becomes wrapped up in a frantic and vicious battle between the cops, a vigilante, and the Reservation he helps protect.
